With an ecosystem consisting of İTÜ ÇEKİRDEK, ITU MAGNET, INNOGATE and İTÜNOVA TTO components, İTÜ ARI TEKNOKENT, has developed over 600 projects annually with more than 290 R&D companies and over 7000 personnel which reached a total turnover of 1 billion dollars in 2017. As the first among Turkish public universities, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Application and Research Center was founded in 2018 with the aim of creating innovative research, development and information capacity in artificial intelligence and data science as well as developing advanced methods and technologies in this field. It has unique theoretical and sectoral experience thanks to its members who have worked in collaboration with leading national and international institutions such as NASA, Boeing, General Electric and Turkish Airlines.
